Cancellation Fees<\/p><p class=\"p2\">1.1 Components of the Cancellation Fees:<\/p><p class=\"p2\">In the event of a cancellation, the cancellation fee includes the full rental cost of the holiday home and boat. Additional costs for electricity, bed linen, towels, and cleaning fees are not included in the cancellation fee. <\/p><p class=\"p2\">1.2 Cancellation Policy:<\/p><p class=\"p2\">The following cancellation fees apply to cancellations of holiday home bookings with boat rental:<\/p><p class=\"p2\">\u2022 Non-refundable deposit: The deposit of 30% of the total booking value, including bed linen and cleaning fees, is non-refundable.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">\u2022 More than 100 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking value.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">\u2022 99\u201340 days before arrival: 80% of the total booking value.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">\u2022 39\u20138 days before arrival: 90% of the total booking value.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">\u2022 7 days or less before arrival: 100% of the total booking value.<\/p><p class=\"p2\">\u2022 No-show: 100% of the total booking value.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Terms and Conditions General Terms and Conditions This section describes the cancellation policy for bookings of holiday homes without and with a boat. 1.
