This section describes the cancellation policy for bookings of holiday homes without and with a boat.

1. Cancellation Fees

1.1 Components of the Cancellation Fees:

In the event of a cancellation, the cancellation fee includes the full rental cost of the holiday home and boat. Additional costs for electricity, bed linen, towels, and cleaning fees are not included in the cancellation fee.

1.2 Cancellation Policy:

The following cancellation fees apply to cancellations of holiday home bookings with boat rental:

• Non-refundable deposit: The deposit of 30% of the total booking value, including bed linen and cleaning fees, is non-refundable.

• More than 100 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking value.

• 99–40 days before arrival: 80% of the total booking value.

• 39–8 days before arrival: 90% of the total booking value.

• 7 days or less before arrival: 100% of the total booking value.

• No-show: 100% of the total booking value.
